Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group is hiring a School Food Service Worker to help serve healthy meals for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves prep, portioning, and serving meals to students and staff on a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. You’ll set up stations, follow safety rules, and contribute to a positive mealtime experience.

No experience is required, and we offer training. The pay rate is $19/hour, and the position can be full-time or part-time with family-friendly hours

Qualifications

• Must complete Whitsons training and any government-mandated training.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving stations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create a positive and welcoming mealtime experience
• Work as part of a fun, energetic team
