Whitsons seeks a School Food Service Worker to join our food service team, supporting healthy meals for students with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and growth opportunities within a supportive school community.

Responsibilities include prepping, portioning, and serving meals, maintaining clean stations, and adhering to food safety standards. Training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must complete Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Educated in food safety and proper sanitation procedures.
• Health and safety standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving stations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create a positive and welcoming mealtime experience.
