Princeton Independent School District Technology is seeking a Computer Technician I to support the desktop environment at Princeton, Texas. The role involves responding to helpdesk tickets, imaging and troubleshooting Windows and Apple workstations, and maintaining classroom AV devices. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to work in a team and share knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Printer maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilités

• Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Image and troubleshoot Windows and Apple workstations.
• Document processes used by Princeton ISD.
• Help new users get oriented with the Princeton ISD network.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity (wired/wireless).
• Maintain Classroom Audio/Visual devices.
