Job summary

Grace Health is seeking a Patient Services Assistant to join its School-Based programs in Battle Creek. You are the first point of contact for patients and visitors in person or over the telephone. Working hours are 7:15 am - 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday, all year round.

The ideal candidate will build relationships within the school environment, not only with students but with faculty as well. This role requires being detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• One year of work experience in a medical organization preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by telephone as the first point of contact.
• Develop relationships within the school buildings with students and faculty.
