Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence in school-based clinics to promote safety and order.
• Monitor designated areas to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff.
• Guide student movement to facilitate efficient flow and reduce congestion.
• Address low-level behavioral concerns using non-clinical, conflict-resolution approaches to promote a positive environment.
• Enforce established safety procedures and protocols consistently across clinic settings.
• Collaborate with school personnel, clinic leadership, and the Operations team to coordinate daily activities and safety measures.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety supplies within the clinic.
• Support emergency response procedures and report safety issues promptly.
