Job summary

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our School Based Health Clinical Team in Hendersonville, NC. The role focuses on patient care scheduling, staff supervision, and delivering excellent customer service across BRH clinic locations.

The ideal candidate has an outpatient clinic background, strong EMR skills, and may hold LPN/RN licensure or MA/CNA with clinical experience. A BS in a related field is preferred, with a commitment to compassionate, accessible care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.
• Licensure: LPN or RN licensed in NC preferred; MA/CNA with experience also acceptable.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Two years' experience in outpatient medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care schedules and supervise support staff.
• Ensure efficient patient flow at BRH clinic locations.
• Assist with clinic tasks, inventory, and biohazard disposal.
• Document patient information accurately in EMR and forms.
