Job summary

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our Clinical Team in Hendersonville, NC. The Site Coordinator will manage patient care schedules, deliver excellent customer service, and supervise support staff to ensure efficient patient flow at BRH clinic locations.

Responsibilities include clinic tasks, inventory management, set-up of exam rooms, documentation in the EMR, coordinating referrals, and assisting providers during procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in an outpatient medical practice setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
• proficient with EMR software and computer systems.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus and may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide high quality customer service and staff supervision.
• Assist with routine clinic tasks and check-ins, prep rooms, and supplies.
• Document patient information in the EMR and coordinate referrals.
• Support care team with pre-visit planning and chart reviews.
