Job summary

Seattle Children’s Hospital, in partnership with Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic, seeks a SBHC Clinic Coordinator to handle patient registration, scheduling, and front-desk duties at the OBCC site in Othello. You will coordinate services with school staff and community partners.

The role includes outreach to students and families, coordinating care plans, and supporting program goals while working across health and education partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience working with children/adolescents or in healthcare setting.
• Associates Degree or Healthcare Certification beyond high school.
• Experience with ethnically and culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, scheduling, check-in, and clerical tasks.
• Support operational management of the OBCC site.
• Engage students, families, school staff, and the community to promote SBHC services.
• Coordinate care management plans and student needs with partners.
