Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a Health Center Coordinator at Highland Park Elementary in Seattle to coordinate schedules, outreach, and administrative tasks for the school-based Health Center. You will work with medical, mental health, and dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow and effective service delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, HIPAA familiarity, and a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider schedules and patient check-in; manage clinic flow
• Manage office supplies inventory and purchasing
• Collaborate to reduce costs and monitor the budget
• Handle daily admin tasks, calls, emails, and patient records in EHR
• Lead outreach to promote Health Center services to students and families
• Serve as primary contact for referrals and inquiries
• Attend school meetings on health support coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned
