Qualifications

• Pesticide Applicator's License preferred.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping and maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping, painting, power washing, and general maintenance methods.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff and contractors.
• Ability to perform physical duties outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cares for school athletic fields and landscaping.
• Performs exterior power washing and painting as needed.
• Maintains sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots; identifies repair needs.
• Installs and maintains signage; inspects fencing and playgrounds.
• Assists with seasonal grounds prep and weather-related maintenance.
• Keeps records of maintenance and contractor work.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper operation of equipment.
