Responsibilities

• Managing the operation on a daily basis.
• Cooking - Food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards according to NSLP guidelines.
• Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
• POS/Register - Assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
• Safety - Endure all personal protection equipment is in use at all times
• Cleanliness - maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
• Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes.
