Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing the operation on a daily basis.
• Cooking - Food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards during NSLP.
• Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
• POS/Register - Assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
• Safety - Personal protective equipment must be in use at all times.
• Cleanliness - Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
• Staffing - Secure food service workers and substitutes.
