Job summary

Maschio's Food Services, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Manager for a school program in Lebanon Twp, NJ. The role is Monday–Friday, day shift, about 6.5 hours, summers off; serves as daily operator overseeing cafeteria.

You will manage food preparation, ensure NSLP compliance, PPE, maintain clean facility, handle inventories and end-of-month paperwork, ordering, and POS duties; lead cafeteria staff in a fast-paced team environment; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a school food service or similar program.
• Knowledge of NSLP guidelines and ServSafe is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis.
• Food preparation and cooking experience.
• Observe that quality and food safety procedures follow NSLP guidelines.
• Ensure PPE is used at all times.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
