Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is seeking a full-time Food Unit Lead for the East Pennsboro Area School District in Camp Hill, PA. You will coordinate activities of food-service staff and ensure an enjoyable dining experience while upholding safety, sanitation and portion control standards.

Typical duties include supervising food preparation, handling customer concerns, training employees, scheduling, and maintaining proper reports and cash handling. Great benefits accompany full-time employment

Qualifications

• Must have previous professional food service supervisory experience.
• Location: East Pennsboro Area School District, Camp Hill, PA.
• Full-time schedule with a 6:00 am–2:30 pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees food preparation and service to meet standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Trains staff, assigns work, and prepares schedules to ensure efficient service.
• Maintains cash handling as per policy and completes daily/weekly reports.
