Job summary

Chartwells K-12 in Boiling Springs, PA is seeking a Full Time Food Unit Lead to supervise dining services in a school setting. Prior food service supervisory experience is required. You will ensure quality customer service, safe food handling, and efficient meal service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and assigns work to ensure efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence to cleaning standards.
