Qualifications

• Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred; Must be able to pass Servsafe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation and service per standards.
• Ensure timely meal service and supervise serving of meals.
• Train employees and coordinate work to promote efficiency.
• Develop work schedules and expedite workflow.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Handle cash deposits and petty cash per policy.
• Order food and supplies from approved sources.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per company standards and regulations.
• Assist in staff selection and orientation; oversee training.
