Taher, Inc. is seeking a Lead Foodservice Worker to join our family-owned school lunch program. You will help prepare, serve, and clean up in a weekday kitchen, acting as a lunch superhero with a team of professionals to deliver nutritious, chef-created meals.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Able to follow spoken and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work, oversees completion of tasks.
• Trains staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items per recipes.
• Sets up condiments and utensil areas.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, punctuality.
• Maintains professional appearance and guest service.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and related tasks.
