Job summary

HES is seeking a Floor Technician to join our 2nd and 3rd shift team for school systems in the United States. You will perform carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and related maintenance tasks in educational facilities.

The ideal candidate has a high school degree (preferred) and prior floor tech experience. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work well in a team, following safety procedures and directions from supervisors. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Duties include carpet cleaning, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing floor surfaces.
• Operate floor cleaning/finishing equipment up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM burnishers.
• Follow established safety precautions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Previous floor tech experience preferred.
