Responsibilities

• Oversees and carries out finance and accounting needs at the school.
• Enters financial data and records into LCPS financial systems.
• Orders supplies and documents expenses within budget and funds.
• Reviews transactions for correct coding and adherence to guidelines.
• Compiles monthly, quarterly, and annual financial totals and reports.
• Responds to information requests from parents, staff, and the public.
• Manages school entry procedures and documents personnel movements.
• Provides support with student registration and routine correspondence.
