Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment, and ability to use them economically and efficiently (noting emphasis on efficient use).
• Physical and mental stamina required to perform job functions, tasks and duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety codes are properly applied.
• Perform cleaning duties: sweep, mop, strip and wax floors, vacuum carpets, wash windows and walls, clean restrooms and other areas.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment; assist in basic building maintenance and repairs.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed; load/unload supplies and deliver packages as required.
• Support in implementing quality improvements and assist co-workers to ensure continuity of service.
