Qualifications

• Independent, organized, and able to create a safe, attractive environment for staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common building issues.
• Experience in residential facilities or schools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and safe operation of buildings and property.
• Ensure systems remain functional, well maintained, and clean.
• Respond to on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.
• Assist with minor renovations and upkeep tasks.
