Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, prioritizing work orders, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory and records, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.

260-day calendar; salary commensurate with experience; on-site role with some emergency

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and repairs in school facilities or similar environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant maintenance training may be considered in lieu of diploma.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading employees preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to address multiple maintenance issues inside/outside buildings.
• Clear criminal background check for public school employment.
• Ability to use district systems and technology as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Oversee daily custodial, maintenance, and grounds operations.
• Coordinate with staff and outside contractors; manage work orders and priorities.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
• Assist in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment.
