Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building components.
• Coordinate custodial, maintenance, and grounds staff schedules and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
• Monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) for proper operation and safety.
• Assist Director of Operations with payroll, training, and coordinating contractors.
