Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Instruct custodians in building maintenance and safety.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing and equipment.
• Assist with security and opening/closing of facilities.
• Maintain records and reports of operations and maintenance.
