Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to take the RCS bus driver class within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and care of school facilities; sweeps, mops, vacuums, strips, waxes floors.
• Disinfects restrooms, replenishes supplies, and maintains cleanliness of windows and fixtures.
• Cleans desks, manages waste, and maintains inventory of supplies.
• Opens/closes buildings, secures facilities, and performs light grounds work.
• Reports major repairs needed and responds to after-hours emergencies as needed.
