Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard custodial procedures and cleaning materials (training provided).
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to attend required Wake County Public School System trainings.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize, clean, and maintain the school environment including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Open/close buildings, ensure security, and monitor safety conditions.
• Report repairs, safety concerns, and property damage to supervisor.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
