Responsibilities

• Sweeps sidewalks and walkways outside of buildings; polices grounds, picks up debris and clears snow or applies de-icing compounds as needed.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums and maintains floor surfaces; cleans bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dusts furniture, walls, window sills, blinds and woodwork; cleans windows and light fixtures.
• empties trash receptacles and manages recycling as appropriate.
• Assembles, sets up, moves furniture and handles storage organization.
• Performs minor maintenance on appliances and other duties as required.
