Job summary

HES is seeking General Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and daily upkeep of facilities in Concord, NC. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and window cleaning. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior cleaning experience is a plus and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience a plus.
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, vacuum, damp mop, and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and recycling; clean and sanitize windows and surfaces; clean desks and fixtures.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and floor care (stripping/waxing).
• Work under the custodial supervisor or designated representative.
