Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of common carpentry practices, tools, and terminology.
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations related to carpentry work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace door hardware and restroom accessories.
• Repair roofs (shingle, standing seam, EPDM, modified bitumen) and related metal components.
• Repair exterior windows and interior finishes (tile, flooring, drywall).
• Construct concrete forms and finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, grade beams, and footers.
• Operate woodworking equipment and read architectural/engineering drawings.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
