Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work from plans, diagrams, and specifications.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform heavy manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Perform a full range of carpentry work including fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Repair and replace ceiling tiles; lay floors including wood, VCT, and sheet vinyl.
• Install or repair doors or windows as needed.
• Construct and repair furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Maintain and operate a variety of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining records of labor, materials, and costs.
