Job summary

This role involves travel across the region and requires extensive relationship management with schools, volunteers, and community organizations.

As a full-time position, the Director will be responsible for meeting a fundraising goal of $280,000 by recruiting volunteers and ensuring exceptional customer service while promoting programs aimed at enhancing students' health through the Kids Heart Challenge. Flexibility in schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or sales.
• Ability to travel locally and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet fundraising goal of $280,000 through volunteer engagement.
• Develop relationships with schools to promote health initiatives.
• Manage CRM databases and account information.
