The role combines fundraising with hands-on outreach, requiring flexible hours, travel, and strong relationship-building with teachers and district leaders to drive student health initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or other related experience.
• Ability to do daily local travel; requires car access.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from home and in the field per policy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM databases and MS Office for data reporting.

Aufgaben

• Meet fundraising goals through volunteer recruitment and engagement, customer service, and account management.
• Recruit and engage students through schools and districts in Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge.
• Implement strategies to engage students via classroom activities and assemblies (in-person and digital).
• Develop and cultivate relationships with teachers and district leaders.
• Maintain outstanding customer service with volunteers and collaborators; plan and kickoff school setups.
• Update account information in CRM databases and Microsoft products.
• High-volume account management with 5–10 schools daily, in-person or online.
