In this role, your primary focus will be compliance and advisory work for public and private schools and universities, with some special education law as well. Day-to-day, you will prepare written opinions, letters, and analysis on investigations. This team appreciates a strong academic record and comfort with occasional public speaking.

The billable hours requirement is 1700 hours, and the firm offers generous merit-based bonuses.

This is an in-office role with potential for hybrid flexibility.
