The Associate Attorney – This is a full-time role for an Attorney at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP located in Blue Bell, PA. with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years litigation experience for our Special Education Law Practice Group. Background in Education/School law preferred, but not required. Experience in civil litigation including both State and Federal preferred. Special Education Law will provide legal counsel to school districts and educational entities on matters involving students with disabilities and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing special education statutes and regulations, drafting legal memoranda, opinions, and correspondence, and preparing documents for due process hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings. The role involves advising clients on compliance, participating in negotiations and settlement discussions, and collaborating with colleagues across practice groups to address intersecting education, employment, and municipal law issues. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the firm’s Blue Bell, PA office, with regular interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies.
