Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and time-entry controls.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and district policies.
• Experience with NHRS wage reporting and annual filings.

Responsibilities

• Execute bi-weekly payroll for all district personnel with accurate time data and approvals.
• Prepare payroll manifests for Treasurer/School Board.
• Process direct deposits, tax withholdings, and deductions (e.g., 403b, union dues).
• Maintain payroll and personnel systems (Frontline, IVEE) and ensure data integrity.
• Support benefits administration and Open Enrollment activities.
