Driving Academy in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a School Director to act as General Manager of the facility, owning sales and daily operations. Lead a high-performing team to help students earn CDL licenses and begin rewarding careers, driving growth and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will oversee schedules, equipment, and regulatory checks, while mentoring staff to achieve performance goals and excellent student outcomes.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years in operational management or sales leadership.
• Experience supervising and evaluating teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
• Strong communication and diplomatic leadership.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations across sales, instruction, and administrative departments to meet performance goals and maintain cost controls.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and regular performance evaluations; mentor staff.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal training regulations and maintain safe environments.
• Monitor KPIs, review business processes, manage supply inventory, and oversee vendor contracts.
• Serve as a positive ambassador, address customer feedback, and communicate with regional leadership.
