New Horizon Academy in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an experienced Director to oversee a licensed early childhood program, lead staff, and uphold licensing standards.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor in ECE, 2 years in a licensed setting, 1 year of managerial experience preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of state licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.

Potential Directors must have:

• Associate degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
• Have working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.

Salary range: $71,000 - $77,000/year

Compensation includes monthly bonus potential based on performance of the school
