Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Dubuque, IA is seeking an Assistant Director to join our team. The role requires leadership, organizational strength, and a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

The candidate should hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and have at least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting. Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and development teaching strategies is essential.
