Job summary

Sonoran Heights Middle School - Surprise, AZ is seeking a 26/27 SY Data Records Technician to support information flow in student services. You will ensure accurate data entry into school systems, generate reports, and assist with registration, enrollment, and archiving tasks in a collaborative district environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality data management, customer service, and coordination of records for administrators, parents, and students, with a full-time schedule and a 1.0 FTE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service and data entry experience.
• Experience with Student Information System (Infinite Campus) or other school databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SIS data steward responsible for high-quality data management.
• Coordinate student registration and enrollment.
• Coordinate student withdrawals.
• Assist parents and students in setting up accounts and utilizing district communication tools.
• Maintain student cumulative files and complete annual archiving procedures.
• Provide student data and summary reporting to administrators.
• Coordinate and perform advanced SIS procedures such as grade reporting and master scheduling.
• Analyze state and federal reports and correct data as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
