GRBS Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools, Michigan. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

The position pays $16.00/hour with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, 401K and daily pay options. You will lead the cleaning team, perform building walkdowns, and ensure safety and quality with GRBS tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
