GRBS Inc. is seeking a LEAD custodian for a full-time role with Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. The position runs Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The incumbent will lead a custodial team and ensure quality cleaning using GRBS tools. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays after one year, PTO, Daily Pay, health insurance, 401K, and opportunities for advancement within a company with a century-long track

Qualifications

• Experience leading a custodial/maintenance team is required.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential.
• Michigan public schools background restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
