Job summary

GRBS is hiring a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, and you will lead custodial teams on site at the school facility, ensuring cleaning standards and safety. Responsibilities include executing the cleaning process, using GRBS tools, maintaining nightly perimeter checks, and guiding team performance with accountability

• Must be 18+ years old with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
