Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Michigan invites you to join our GRBS Family as a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools. This full-time position requires leadership, reliability and a strong work ethic to supervise a cleaning team on eventful school nights.

Shift is Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week, at $16.00 per hour. You will oversee daily cleaning tasks, ensure safety, and communicate effectively with staff and school contacts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
