Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools to oversee cleaning operations on the 3:00pm–11:30pm shift. This full-time role covers Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours weekly, in Ionia, MI. Pay is $16.00/hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic, supporting a safe, clean school environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

Leadership experience required.
Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
Disqualifications: theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds in Michigan public schools.

Responsibilities

Execute the clean building process.
Finish the job with GRBS tools.
Complete 360 communication.
Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
Lead with integrity and humility.
Nightly perimeter door checks.
