Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee custodial operations for Pender County Schools across multiple locations within the district. You will lead hourly staff, communicate with clients daily, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Daily tasks include inspections, staff training, supply level monitoring, and reporting to the Account Manager. This is a full- and part-time, 1st and 2nd shift position with pay based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Daily work hours may vary.
• Pay dependent on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations across multiple locations within the Pender County Schools district.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with hourly custodial staff and communicate with customers daily.
• Inspect, train, and maintain supply levels in each facility; report to Account Manager.
