Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee custodial operations across multiple locations within the Pender County Schools district in North Carolina. You will lead hourly custodial staff, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure supply levels and safety standards are met.

The role reports to the Account Manager and supports both 1st and 2nd shifts. Preferred candidates will demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate with customers daily.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations across multiple sites within the same district.

• Inspect facilities, train staff, and manage supply levels.
