Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card (AZ FPCC) preferred.
• Ability to follow state and district procedures for crossing operations.
• Ability to interact politely with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist children in crossing streets at assigned times/locations.
• Cross pedestrians including non-students as required by law.
• Maintain and report safety conditions and equipment on duty.
• Stand for extended periods and operate a stop paddle safely.
• Follow district procedures and state laws related to school crossings.
