Qualifications

• Batch cooking experience to prepare large quantities.
• Experience with high-volume kitchen operations.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality items per standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures; tastes items.
• Uses ticketing procedures during service; records are kept for the area.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen post-service; stores excess food per safety standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms organized and sanitary.
