Flik Independent School Dining at Avon Old Farms School in Avon, CT is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker. You will prepare, present and serve food, ensuring quality and safety in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Cleans work areas and equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Distributes supplies and ensures proper portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.
