Chartwells K12 is hiring a Food Unit Lead for Jefferson Rise Charter School in Gretna, LA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm, with an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $15.00. Prior managerial or lead experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency in food and service.
• Determines work procedures; prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Ensures proper cash handling as per Food Accounting Manual.
